Yoga 101 is a Yoga studio offering Yoga in two distinct environments.  Warm at 85 degrees and Hot at 101 degrees. 

Classes range from beginner to advanced. 

Yoga 101 is a private studio with small classes in order to provide hands on assists to each student as required. 
We are located at 89 MEARNS COURT.  DIRECTLY ABOVE ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL.  Mearns is located off Baseline Road.  Make sure you turn onto Mearns Court rather then avenue.  Drive right down to the end of the court and you can park in the court or parking lot of Enterprise.  Come in the front door and we are upstair. 

It is our highest priority to provide you with a comfortable, judgement free environment in which to practice.  Here you will be able to cultivate a deep sense of peacefulness while advancing your practice.
